In research, I found Commerce City Kush is reported to have 27% THC. It was created by crossing Chemdawg 4 and Rare Darkness #1. Recommendations are to use this strain to treat stomach issues such as nausea and Crohn’s disease, mental issues such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, and arthritis pain and inflammation. Research shows Terpene content is diverse including Mycene, Caryophyllene and Limonene being most prominent. To the best of my knowledge this strain by Natural State Medicinals has the highest THC in the state currently. When sampling, I found it to have a sour and fuel spicy stench. The cure is good. Bud structure is compact and the trichomes look frosty under magnification. It breaks up well, but the moisture is low. It burns faster than any other sample I have had, so I deducted 1 point in my grading.
A moisture replacement would be a must. It has a spicy and fuel like taste. On the exhale there is a subtle sour taste. Body pain relief is guaranteed. This indica based strain has a good body effect but the head high might be too much. For those new to cannabis, please tread lightly. In conclusion, I rate this strain 8 out of 10. This heavy hitter is a pain med for sure. Its not something that you would want to dose and then go out to deal with the world. I recommend using this when you are at home for the night or for those painful days that you cant leave the house. Thanks to Green Springs Medical for their continued support of Amco.
