Mazar x White Rhino farmed by Osage Creek Cultivation and picked up at Green Springs Medicinal has a little back story. Mazar is short for Mazar-i-Sharif, a strain named for a city in Afghanistan. Its original genetics are an inbred land-race Afghan Skunk crossed with Skunk #1. White Rhino is a cross of white widow and an unnamed American Indica. That’s the simple pedigree that brings us this 100% Indica. With the ancestors it has, this should be a stress busting painkiller for a late afternoon when you dont have any tasks to complete .
Amco’s High Opinion
The look rates 9 out of 10. In my 1/8th oz sample, I got 3 nice thumb size nuggets and 15 smaller pieces about the size of a peanut m&m. The larger buds are frosted with tricombs that make a unique silvery green shimmer. The pistil coverage is a consistent auburn color. Other than the excessive popcorn sized pieces this would be a perfect 10. The smell rates 8 out of 10. This sample has a sweet skunky aroma with citrus and berry notes that could only get better if it were more pungent.
Lets Wrap it up
I’m going to wrap a half gram in an OCB Slim Solaire paper with a tip and check out the taste. But while wrapping it up, first lets look at the cure. I’ll rate this 8 out 10. It still has loads of silver tricombs and its not too dry. I think in a crop or two, the cure will improve. The taste rates 7 out of 10. With the dry hit, I can taste the skunk and citrus. With a flick of my Bic I taste no paper, thanks to OCB, but notes of spice and skunk dance on my tongue. The effect rates 9 out of 10. After only a quarter of a gram is ingested, the euphoria is setting in behind my eyes. I feel my body temperature is higher from coughing and trying to catch my breath. I give my lungs a five minute break and fire it back up. The hits are not rough but just a high expanding smoke in the lungs. Its clearing my seasonal chest congestion. I’m feeling some real muscle relaxation! The Indica body numbing and heaviness is in full effect after smoking the full half gram. Over all this sample rates 8.2 out of 10. I look forward to the progression of this and many other 100% Indicas from Osage. Thanks to GSM for your continued patient focus.
