Queen Mother Gogi, abbreviated QMG, is a breeder’s masterpiece. Nepali OG and Snow Lotus come together to create this well known Indica dominate hybrid. High Bank has produced this sample in house. It tested at 29.9% THC and 0.0636% CBD in batch #AR99141 on 3/11/21.
~ This seven gram sample presents as six tightly trimmed and dense buds. There is ample room in the tall jar to ensure the buds do not become misshapen. High Bank’s QMG is lemon yellow marks in a field of dark green hues with blaze orange intertwined pistils reaching out from the flower. AMCO’s High Opinion of the look is 9 out of 10.
~ My nose picks up wet earth with a hint of Limonene citrus. After splitting the bud, you can smell mild berry notes. AMCO’s High Opinion of the smell is 8 out of 10.
~ The sample passes the squeeze test and the relatively humidity is sufficient. Tricombs are present both inside and outside. The lack of amber colored tricombs in the sample is going to cost a point or two. The Indica effect will be less intense had the plants matured a little longer. AMCO’s High Opinion of cure is 8 out of 10.
~ Myrcene and Limonene stand proud in the flavor. There is a brightness that is usually found in Sativia dominate profiles. There are some light fruit and berry notes that make it tasty. AMCO’s High Opinion of taste is 9 out of 10.
~ This QMG brings a blissful relaxation to calm my anxiety and ease tension. The muscle relaxation isn’t too intense after I’ve ingested half the joint. After investing the full half gram joint, I have sufficient relief of my muscle pain. There is little to no sedation. AMCO’s High Opinion of effect is 8 out of 10.
~ Overall I believe it needed a slightly longer grow period to increase the amber tricombs and couch lock that I perfer. Overall AMCO’s High Opinion of High Bank’s Queen Mother Gogi is 8.4 out of 10.
