Label Info

The green zipper bag dawns a THC content of 21% Cbd .042, It states this cannabis was tested on February 6 2021.It states it was tested on January 20th 2021. Skunk Shocker is a fairly balanced hybrid of the two strains Lemon Skunk x three in the pink strains. We at Amco have reviewed this once before on a sample of this strain. Lets form a Amco High Opinion.

The Look

This sample was picked up off the compastion care tier making it the most affordable strain of choice at the NGW in Hensley. This 7 bud sample of flower weighs in at 3.5 gram. The flowers are ranging in size from that of a pea to up to one inch. The coloration is a olive drab green with light highlights and out crops of orange pistils. Amco High Opinion of 8 of 10 on the look.

Smell

The myrcene smell is most noticeable yet not aggressive as the lemon scents that are common to this strain its much closer to the terp profile this review then last time i smelled this strain. Myrcene and limonene and humulene are the most noticeable. We patient would love to have terp reports for there medication.

Cure

There is a 17 day gap between the harvest and testing dates. This review is being done almost 6 months after harvest. With the age of the tricombs im having a trouble disyphering between what is THC brake down to CBN. And what may have been amber tricomb formation when the flower was freshly cured. The relative humidity was not low casueing the flower to be too dry to smoke. That is a huge change for this location. Under the microscope the tricomb heads are dark and clouded. Some times even amber to golden brown the internal tricomb heads are at the same amount of decapitation as the out side the flower for that well reward this section with a 9.

Taste

One half gram is rolled in a joint. I draw a nice skunk lemon flavior dry hit threw the glass crutch and Zigzag Supericure unbleached paper. The taste of the smoke after I fire it up is a mild skunk telling me the myrcene is a little low content in this strain then it should be. I think this phenotype of skunk shocker s higher in limonene and carrophellene then the beloved 1990’s skunk strains we older patients remember. The flavior is plesent and smooth and citrus on the inhale and pepper on the exhale. We will give it a Amco high Opinion of 8.5 out of 10 for taste.

Effect

the effect on this sample will have you overlooking the low myrcene taste. Do to its effectiveness for breaking the negative mood and even calming a PTSD spike as well. Its also brings enough body effect to relive the muscle pain and cramps i experience. but not able to get the nerve pain under control. I was capable of a nerve pain by 2 to 3 points and muscle pain by 4 points. Amco will give it a 9 of 10 on effect for my symptom management.

Notice the lost tricombs in the packaging this style packs are the worst at smashing flowers well.

Conclusion

NSM Skunk Shocker is a Hybrid and a helpful treatment for symptoms of pain and PTSD patients a like in my opinion. If your dealing with both at the same time you may need a larger then .5 gram dose however. Expect the zoom of a sativa and the slack jaw face that the good indica leaves you in, as your well medicated. It will still leave you missing that 1990’s skunk though. Amco high opinion average of 8.5 out of 10 for the NSM grown Skunk shocker.

About AMCO_patient_oo7

Little Back ground on my self ,i am a dyslexic medical cannabis patient that has fought threw life for more then 20 years in pain after a string of botched spine surgery .I have been prescribed just about every thing you can think of that is for controlling pain or that the drs thought may have a side effect to help control a symptom caused by 4 failed operations of the spine from Therasic 10 to the Sacrum 1 ,(bout half my spine) that has left me unable to do much of anything sence the failed fusion threw out Lumbar region . I have broken implementation in my spine , im non surgical at the moment tho i need two operations or combo surgery sometimes called , alfit and tlift .surgery on the front of the spine threw my gut and then replacement of instrumentation from the back side the spine as well.So to say i have complex intractable pain is a understatement. From bull toothache type pain radiation form the bones and screws to the nerve pain that shoots from my waist to different location in the rump leg and foot. I have hypersensitivity of the trunk from center line of my back above the spine to midline under my arm. This area of CRPs (complex regional pain syndrome) effects my rear thigh and saddle area at times.I been on a cane most my life and that ruined a shoulder and my ankle on the same side is damaged goods as well. Enough about what hurts for now and lets get into why im exspaling what symptoms i live with and have for over half my life. Pain Management in Arkansas , wow is it a labyrinth at best . I spent so long on opioid care that i was a opioid patient before the term pain management even existed i think. From Fyntinle to tramadol i have had it all one time or another. today im on 240 MME (morphine medical equivalent) less Medications then this time last year yet my condition is deteriorated and continues to daily. I found my self being told to consider implants of computers to shock my spinal cord or pumps to implant in my spine in order to continue to receive opioids control of a life debilitating immobilizing pain that is ever day life for a person whom spine has been cut in half and screwed back together.Over the years i have had to allow my spine to be injected my nerves to be burnt all these procedures that didnt work but had to consent to or not receive you relief for pain.Well the state of arkansas decided that patients could use medical cannabis for a list of symptoms and i am the lucky guy to have more then a couple of those. I hope to answer questions by direct message on the topic of medical use , as best to what my experiences are for all the people of arkasnas whom are on this path cannabis and natural medican s . Many loosing opioid care left no where to turn but to cannabis. I will tell you here from time to time what canna products have helped and have not helped me with my symptoms and maybe it will help educate the masses
